Important Notes

No returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items.

Returns due to refusal to pay import duties or accept delivery will not be refunded.

Refunds are only for faulty or incorrect items – not for change of mind, wrong size, or colour. Please choose carefully.

Do not send items to our Bali office – customs will seize and heavily tax them.
General Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached.

Must be returned within 30 days of Purchase

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe delivery.

Keep proof of postage until we confirm your return is processed.
Exchanges

Full-priced items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a credit code for the same value to reorder.

Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Return shipping is at your cost (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us and return within 30 days of purchase

We’ll refund your purchase and shipping, or issue store credit (your choice).

Refunds or credit are only given after we inspect and approve the returned item.

Please allow 3–5 days after approval for funds to appear in your account.
