Important Notes

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items.

  • Returns due to refusal to pay import duties or accept delivery will not be refunded.

  • Refunds are only for faulty or incorrect items – not for change of mind, wrong size, or colour. Please choose carefully.

  • Do not send items to our Bali office – customs will seize and heavily tax them.


General Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached.

  • Must be returned within 30 days of Purchase

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe delivery.

  • Keep proof of postage until we confirm your return is processed.


Exchanges

  • Full-priced items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a credit code for the same value to reorder.

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged.

  • Return shipping is at your cost (shipping costs are non-refundable).


Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us and return within 30 days of purchase

  • We’ll refund your purchase and shipping, or issue store credit (your choice).

  • Refunds or credit are only given after we inspect and approve the returned item.

  • Please allow 3–5 days after approval for funds to appear in your account.
