RETURN POLICY
To process a refund or exchange please use our
RETURN PORTAL and follow the instructions
Very Important: Do not send items back to our Bali office! It will be seized by Indonesian customs and Taxed at an extremely high rate!
Please note that returns resulting from refusal to pay import duties in your country or refusal to accept delivery cannot be refunded.
Terms & Conditions:
Items must be returned to us first for inspection. In original condition, unworn, unwashed, & with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Refund or exchange will strictly be at the discretion of Akoiaswim. Refunds will only be issued for faulty goods not for change of mind, wrong color or fit so please choose carefully.

Please do not send return items without our confirmation.
We do not provide return labels for exchanges. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
Email shipping information and tracking number to us promptly so we can track & trace your return item.
Keep your proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been received & processed.
Please be mindful. Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Akoia swim is not responsible for returns that are lost, undelivered or incorrectly addressed.
EXCHANGES
If your akoiaswim item arrives and the size, you selected is incorrect you can return it to us & exchange it for another size or new item at equal value.
- We will exchange full priced items within 30 days of delivery of goods. Please use our RETURN PORTAL and follow the instructions
- Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will issue you a gift card equal value to your purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & with tags attached.
- We cannot refund items for change of mind or color. Please choose carefully. Refunds are for faulty goods only
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Regrettably, we cannot refund shipping cost for exchange items.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF FAULTY ITEM / INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED
We have a strict quality control system in place at Akoia swim however as everything we sell is handmade sometimes a faulty item slips through, or the wrong item is shipped.
If your purchase arrives in any way faulty or defective or an incorrect item is shipped, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery. We will refund your purchase and shipping in full, or you can choose to receive a gift card at equal value to use anywhere in our store. (Gift card cannot be refunded later.)
- We accept returns on faulty/incorrect items within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please use our RETURN PORTAL and follow the instructions
- As soon as your returned faulty item is received and approved by Akoia your payment will be refunded in full or, if you wish, store credit of equal value. (Including shipping)
- Refunds or store credit will only be given for goods that are faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item was shipped.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, & with tags attached.
- Please allow 3-5 days for funds to be returned to your account.
